General terms and conditions AY5

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements via the AY5 webshop.

Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. AY5 reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.

Prices and payments
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made using the available payment methods in the webshop.

Delivery
Orders ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unworn and in its original condition.

Liability
AY5 is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profits.

Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
